Craft Fair Stall Booking October to Dec 2024

Craft fair season of 2022 had a vast array of crafters including handmade beaded jewellery, pet accessories and gifts, diamond art including kits for sale, resin and bottle art, handpainted glass ornaments, handcrafted wooden gifts, jams and chutneys, macrame, sun catchers and much much more.

Looking forward to the 2023 season 

Craft fairs will be held on the last weekend of the month between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Tables can be provided if required. 

In booking a stall you will be agreeing to the below terms and conditions. 

Tables are numbered from the entrance and looped round. On fine days tables will be available outside. 

 2 chairs per table will be provided, tables are available if required . Size of tables will be approximately  5ft/152cms.  Stall holders can set up from 8:30 am We kindly ask that all stall holders refrain from closing down their stall until 3:00pm

 We request that stall holders use the small car parks at back of the centre once unloaded to leave sufficient parking space for customers.  We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods whilst exhibiting, loading or unloading.

Sales of  Tearoom Related Items, Alcohol, Guns, Knives, Gas or Explosives of any kind are NOT permitted.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your booking, this must by made two weeks before booked craft fair for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this date.

 ACCIDENTS 

  Any incidents/breakages will be my sole responsibility of the crafters.

Electrical Items

There are a limited number of electrical sockets at the venue, please indicate if you require Electric . All electrical items MUST be PAT tested.

When booking please leave a note to say the stall name and type of crafts 

Please note that if two similar crafts have been booked the newer booking will be asked to move to a different table or a different date.
