How to enjoy
Bake a tray of cookies at home, plain or with your own additions. If you add chocolate or other toppings, check they are gluten-free, and dairy-free for a vegan bake.
Method
You will need
- 1 pack (350 g / 12.3 oz) EverFree Cookie Mix
- Butter and/or oil: see pack for the quantities
- 1 egg (size: see pack). Vegan alternative to the egg: see pack
- Optional: your choice of additions, such as chocolate chips, nuts, fruit or spices. Check they are gluten-free, and dairy-free for vegan cookies
Preparation instructions
- Preheat your oven to fan 150°C / Gas Mark 4 (conventional oven temperature: see pack). Line a baking tray with parchment.
- Mix the cookie mix with the butter, oil and egg until a smooth dough forms.
- Shape the dough into 15 even balls, place them on the tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake until the edges are golden (baking time: see pack). Let cool completely before enjoying.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Best before: see pack.
