This gluten-free Yorkshire Pudding Mix is made with chickpea flour to create an lovely light and golden texture. 12 Yorkshire puddings can be made from each packet. They taste wonderful served with any roast and gravy. Can even eat cold the next day with jam!
Simply slowly add your favoute milk to the mix then finish off with adding water to help create steam whilst cooking.
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Plain Flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Chickpea Flour, Egg Replacer (Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour, Cream of Tartar, Xanthan Gum, Methylcellulose), Raising Agent (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate), Sea Salt.
